Stayed in this well-appointed and quiet hotel during the christmas. The food was outstanding and the location was magnificent! We stopped by Fogo Restaurant for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the property.

The location is particularly good and decent, 1 mile from Multiplaza. The staff are really helpful and extremely helpful, offer outstanding services.

Its location was convenient and decent, next to the Plaza across the parking lot and the many restaurants and bars across the and Escazu at San Jose. There was café Fogo Restaurant, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location was favourable and decent, at a short distance from Multiplaza. Plus it was in a safe area. We really enjoyed beautifully maintained and functional room.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect as it was very close to a shopping mall in a great area. The staff provided exceptional service and were very pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities I needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. I loved having a balcony where I could enjoy fresh air and sunshine. The pool area was pristine and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The hotel also had a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it convenient for meals. I had a wonderful experience here.

The staff really make this hotel almost perfect. They are courteous and always wanting to help. It is in close proximity to the MultiPlaza, San jose's unscale mall. It is also next to the Plaza Itksazu with an assortment of restaurants and nightlife. Try La Tetera for breakfast. A great assortment of local food, fresh baked pastries and American style eats. There is also a great party place en the plaza which has live music on the weekends. It is also a short walk to the Avenida Escazu, with its upscale restaurants and open air plazas. I really like staying at the Courtyard. It is always a pleasant stay in a nice clean quiet place with lots to do close.

The taxis outside the hotel can be expensive. I always take taxis that are waiting at the Plaza Itskazu. Going to down town San Jose by taxi can be expensive also either way, about $15 each way. I take to bus on the nearby autopista.

It was not what we were looking for. The hotel was fine but too far away from the airport & that was the search we used for choosing the hotel.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, Pablo, Sheila, Francisco. They truly go out of their way to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is located in a convenient area, with a high-end mall just across the street. It's perfect for those who want to do some shopping or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities like soundproofing and an in-room safe.
